Our personalized fitness travel are for those who love the outdoors and an active lifestyle. We combine active workouts with adventure activities to help you step out of your comfort zone. It is designed to incorporate a mixture of training exercises set in idyllic sceneries with sublime sunrise and sunset beach vibes. Groups are kept small to ensure that our personal fitness instructor gives you as much personal attention as possible.
Training will be consisting of scenic runs, functional HIIT, mobility stretching, beach drills, cross-fit, yoga and flow. All workouts are tailor-made and adjustable for every fitness level.
We will make sure you get the energy you need and fuel those muscles through wholesome, healthy, nutritious and delicious food, with 3 meals a day on training days.

DAY 1 - 3: CAPE TOWN & SURROUNDS
On the arrival day you will be picked up from the airport. We will have a relaxed day for everyone to rest and enjoy a magnificent sunset on Signal Hill. During our stay in Cape Town we will hike up Table Mountain, see the 12 Apostles Mountain range and take a drive down the famous Cape Peninsula. On the 3rd day we will take a beautiful drive to the Garden Route, about 500km along the southern coastline.

DAY 4 - 12: THE GARDEN ROUTE
Arriving in The Garden Route we will discuss and plan the next couple of days with all the various training techniques and their benefits. We will go through all the adventure activities on the program, go site seeing and enjoy enough beach time for relaxation. And don’t forget a well deserved massage on the last day. On the 11th day we drive back to Cape Town for our last night.

Although South Africa offers a large variety on shops, Malls and opportunity to buy any gear desired, we encourage you to bring along whatever you have already available at your home. Different tours need different gear, so we made a general gear list what we always think is useful regardless of what tour and package you join with us. South Africa has a climate which can change in hours. From hot and Sunny to Windy chilly and cloudy. Rain is also possible at times.
